Announcement Form / Media Requests
Use this form to submit announcements for church communications and requests for special media from the media ministry. This includes Sunday announcements, the church app, website, and other media designs (logo etc). Please provide complete and accurate details and submit requests by the required deadline to allow 7 days for review and approval because these first must be reviewed by your administrator. Choose your Administrator Name below to submit the form directly to them. Announcements must be approved by Thursday to be advertised on the upcoming Sunday. Media requests/projects will be worked (once approved) in collaboration with the submittor.
