Pastor TiJuan Williams Sr.
Rev. Tijuan Williams is a dedicated servant of God, preacher, teacher, and spiritual leader with a passion for discipleship, pastoral care, and community transformation. He faithfully seeks to lead congregations in Christ-centered, Spirit-led ministry that proclaims the Gospel, develops believers, strengthens ministries, and impacts communities through the love and power of Jesus Christ.
Rev. Williams has served as an Associate Minister and Assistant to the Pastor at Little Flock Missionary Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky, since 2015. In this role, he has preached regularly, provided pastoral care to the sick and bereaved, taught Sunday School, administered ordinances, and helped lead numerous outreach efforts. His ministry has also included mentoring young men, tutoring youth, serving families through the Clothes Closet Ministry, and providing financial leadership as Treasurer of the Kingsmen Ministry. He additionally served four years as Co-Chair of the church’s Men’s Day Program.
From September 2022 through April 2023, Rev. Williams served as Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Anchorage in Anchorage, Kentucky. During his tenure, he provided spiritual oversight, preached weekly sermons, coordinated leadership development, conducted baptisms and communion services, and offered pastoral counseling and care to members and families. His ministry focused on strengthening discipleship and engaging the surrounding community with the love of Christ.
Rev. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Spalding University in 2018 and an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute in 2002. He is both a Licensed and Ordained Minister.
Gifted in biblical preaching and teaching, Rev. Williams possesses strengths in leadership development, pastoral counseling, administration, team building, and community outreach. He is especially passionate about mentoring young men and helping believers discover their spiritual gifts and find meaningful places of service within the body of Christ.
Rev. Williams believes that the church is the most powerful transformative force on earth when it functions in unity, discipleship, and Spirit-led ministry. His heart is to see lives changed, families strengthened, and communities impacted through faithful ministry and the proclamation of Jesus Christ.
